Annual pass – more than just admission
For those of you who consider an annual pass or already have one, we have compiled 10 benefits of the annual pass HERE. In addition to unlimited access to the National Aquarium year-round, as an annual pass holder, you also receive exclusive benefits such as free admission for a friend on your birthday and half-price on filter coffee in our café. Right now, and for the rest of January, annual pass holders can invite a friend for free on weekdays.
New: Education for adults
In 2024, we are introducing a new offering for adults who are curious about the wonders of the sea and who would like to spend some evenings in our company exploring the many facilities of the educational department.
We call it Blå Mandage vor voksne. An exciting series of classes where you will need to use your eyes, ears, and hands.

If you prefer to attend a single themed evening, then Vidensbobler might be for you. Here, both external and internal instructors will take you on a journey of discovery below and above the sea surface. Your senses will be engaged as we both see, hear, feel, and perhaps even taste and smell throughout the evening.

Now we have two sloths in the Rainforest
At the end of November, we received an early Christmas present from Copenhagen Zoo. A female sloth to accompany our 3-year-old male.
The female is a bit older and has never bred before. However, the hope is that our male is the right match, so we may be lucky enough to have offspring in the future.
Come and see if you can spot our new resident.
Mermaid shows and jazz evenings
