Den Blå Planet, National Aquarium Denmark, has created a sensory experience by combining the mermaid myth with an underwater show, beloved by visitors of all ages.
Half-human, half-fish, and always shrouded in mystique, mermaids have haunted sailors for millennia. But what creatures were they really? We offer our interpretation.
Visitors can dive into the mermaid’s world as she gracefully dances on the seabed to music. The show aims to captivate and remind us all to cherish the precious life under the surface.
It all starts in front of The Ocean Tank at 2:00 PM.
At 2:30 PM, you can meet the mermaid at the Tropical Touch Pool. Here, you can get up close to the main character of the story and learn more about becoming a mermaid.
