A fish that walks on land

The marbled lungfish isn't very fast, but it does have another skill. With its movable fins, it pushes its way through dense plant growth close to the shore, or moves from one pond to another.

Breathe in

The marbled lungfish was named for its lung. Because it has a lung, it can survive in nature for long periods of drought or low oxygen content in the water.
