Get to know the pouting

You can recognise the pouting by its tall body, the anus located beneath its first dorsal fin, a round black spot near the pectoral fin and the barbel under its chin.

Meet a pouting in the wild

The pouting lives close to the shore in reefs. It is rare in Denmark.
