Remember your corona passport or negative test and ID

As part of the reopening, we are required to ensure that all guests over the age of 15 have a valid corona passport. This should either be in the form of a negative corona test that is a maximum of 72 hours old for quick tests, or 96 hours for PCR test. Documentation that you have been vaccinated a minimum of two weeks before your visit is also valid.

If you have previously had covid-19, you do not need a negative test result, as long as your positive test result is a minimum of 14 days old and maximum of 180 days old.

You must also remember to bring a valid ID – for example, your passport, driver’s license, or yellow health card. You can read more about the rules on

Practical Information

Download our app

To minimise the risk of infection, we have temporarily canceled the daily speaks. The touch screens are on but you can also find all the information in our app that has been updated with an audio guide. Listen to our enthusiastic narrators tell you all about the amazing stories of each aquarium, while you enjoy watching the animals. Remember your earphones :)

One Way Path

We have established a one-way path in the aquarium to best ensure that our guests can keep a safe distance. The route starts in the cold department to the adorable sea otters, through the rainforest where the piranhas live, along the new jungle path, leading you to the the tropical department where our majestic hammerheads and elegant rays patrol the large Ocean tank.

Take care

There are markers on the floor to remind our guests to keep distance, as well as hand sanitiser throughout the aquarium. We have also lowered our capacity to 800 guests to ensure that all our visitors can still have an enjoyable visit. Please take care of yourself and the other guests by respecting the markings on the floor, and keeping a safe distance.

Persons at increased risk

Guests at increased risk should take extra precautions during their visit. You can read more about who’s at increased risk on the Danish Health Authority website.
